As a DIY nail enthusiast, I was looking for several very specific features in a nail lamp. I was looking for a lamp that has a mirrored bottom for better interior light coverage, setting buttons that are accessible from the front of the device, and an opening that isn't oddly shaped or overly wide so it doesn't "spew" UV light all over my working space. That sounds simple, but there are not many quality lamps on the market that fit that bill under $200. I was so excited to find that the Markartt Pro has all of these! The way the buttons are set up, you don't even really need to use them if you use a certain time repeatedly (for me it's 60 seconds). It allows you to customize the default time! It cures well, I had no issues with uncured spots -- and it cures fast. Much better than my old lamp. Overall, I'm very happy with it!
However, if you really need a lamp to be cordless, this lamp is not for you. The battery life is terrible. I didn't expect it to be amazing, however it only lasted 1.5 sets for me. I use full cover tips and do my own art -- so I have multiple repeated phases of curing. I really didn't care if it was cordless or not, so this lamp still fits the bill for me! Just a heads-up for those that have a mobile business or specifically need a long battery life. Honestly very happy with this lamp!

I received my lamp from the Chicago acrylic class a couple weeks ago. I use my notpolish lamp for clients and replaced my personal home lamp with the makartt pro. So as you can guess i havent had to charge it much. I went to charge it this morning for the second time only, planning to do my grabdmas nails for my cousin's cabo wedding this week. To my surprise, it showed an error message and was beeping. I tried 2 more outlets only to receive the same message. Ive reached out to customer care, and am waiting on a response. But i havent had much luck with them in the past, so im nit expecting a good result this time either. Will update if i hear back from makartt.

I bought this lamp as a bundle with the pro drill and I am so disappointed in the quality for the price paid. I bought the lamp in September 2022 and the battery life on it is horrible. I can barely make it through three gel services before needing to charge it again. There also wasn’t a warranty option when I purchased mine like there is now. I love Makartt products but this lamp is not a fave.

I purchased this light last year (June 2022) at Premiere Orlando before it was even available for purchase. Best I can say is… It works. Nothing special. The wireless part is useless. It dies far too fast. There are better curing lamps out there. I typically have to keep it plugged in at all times. Can’t go a full day without needing to plug it in. I also wasn’t offered an extended warranty when purchasing it so I guess I’m screwed if something happens.
Honestly, wish I had spent my money on something else.
