Sally Chia is a businesswoman redefining the professional nail industry. She came to reinvent what’s behind it.

With a background in business and a passion for innovation in the nail industry, Sally, along with her business partner, Evan Zhuang, built MakarttPro to challenge everything outdated about the beauty industry: fragmented education, inconsistent product quality, and the idea that nail techs should be seen as “less.”

Under her leadership, MakarttPro has become a movement — merging luxury product systems, professional education, and business strategy into one ecosystem built for modern nail entrepreneurs.
