I am professional nail artist and this lamp was my holy grail for the 2 months it worked . I’ve had two in the span of 6 months and already need a new one AGAIN .

I love some of Makarttpro’s products but this lamp gets a big NO from me.

It overheats, doesn’t cure correctly on the thumbs sometimes and the charge doesn’t hold very long after 2-3 months.

And I don’t even have clients everyday. I use my lamp 2-3 days of the week for max 3 clients .

I’ve tried to reach out to customer service and they tell me it probably needs a tune up and that the thumbs should be cured separately. Wasn’t one of the claims that the thumbs would be cured without having to do that?

This lamp will embarrass you in front of clients by not doing its job without any warning signs either.

I tried to give it a chance and I will never buy this lamp again. 200 plus dollars down the drain

I'm a professional nail technician, and having reliable equipment for my clients is a huge thing for me. I invested in this lamp after seeing videos and reviews of it, but it started to have issues soon after. I've only had this for 5 months, and even cheaper lamps have lasted for way longer than this. The sensor has a malfunctioning issue. After emailing the customer service, all they told me was that I could send it in for a repair for $40. That wouldn't be an issue if this was a lamp I've had for years. To have to do that after only 5 months raises some red flags for me. I will not be supporting this brand any longer, and I'm glad I didn't invest money in their gel polish line either.

I absolutely love this drill. I've never had a professional efile before and it is so quiet I almost didnt realize it was on. There is no vibration and its so amazing to work with. My only complaint is you have to be intentional and make sure to click the locking mechanism for when you put in the bits because you dont just twist it. The cuticle ball bit this comes with is top tier. I didnt realize how different a nice quality drill and bits could make in my work. Highly recommend. Ive been a makartt girly for 5 years and I will continue to be a loyal user.

I bought this due to buying the collection of the gel polishes a while ago, not knowing I had to buy this in order to work. Mind you I bought the small collection before and I loved them, the only reason why I bought the big collection of gel polishes. A few months later I checked the website and it had a description saying it would only work with this uv lamp or strong ones. I waited a few months to save up and get this, Unfortunately after 2 weeks it’s already not working. it keeps dying fast and recently I’ve been charging leaving it for more than 5 hours and it’s still not working. I’ve been trying to get a warranty for it but it won’t even let me get it. I wouldn’t recommend
