Makartt monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Makartt in all instances. Makartt Miles and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns and refunds are subject to validation and approval at Makartt's discretion.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring a hassle-free and convenient shopping experience for our valued customers. As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer an optional add-on service called re:do, provided by a trusted third-party return service provide. For an additional $1.98 per order, Re:do allows you to enjoy the benefits of free return shipping, exchanges, and an expedited returns process.

Please note that returns may take up to 90 days to process upon receiving your returned merchandise. Products considered final sale, including all insurance services, extended warranties, additional add-on services and repair services are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

How it Works:

Re:do Add-On Service: By default, re:do is included in your cart when placing an order. However, it's entirely optional, and you have the choice to remove it if you prefer not to use the service.

30-Day Return Window: If you decide to keep re:do and change your mind about your purchase within 30 days of your order, re:do will cover the return shipping cost back to us.

Refund Options: Upon receiving the returned item, you have the option to receive a full refund of 100% in store credit or a refund to your original payment method, with a 20% restocking processing fee deducted.

Opting Out of Re:do:

If you choose to opt-out of the re:do service at checkout, please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee to send the item back to us. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure your return reaches us safely.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that you have received a damaged product, please visit our Returns Page to submit a return for a full refund.

REFUNDS

In the event of a refund, all funds will be returned to the original payment method you used to place your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
