Returns & Refunds

At MakarttPro, we want every customer to love their purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns process is here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure your return is handled smoothly.


Return Eligibility

You can return items within 30 days of your order date. All returns must be approved through our returns platform before shipping them back. Once approved, you’ll receive a packing slip that must be included in your shipment. Returns sent without prior approval or without the packing slip will not be processed.

Items must be in their original condition and sellable to qualify for a refund. If returned products are damaged, incomplete, or otherwise unsellable, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.


How to Return

To begin your return, submit a request through our returns platform. Once approved, you can ship the items back to the following address:

Please include the provided packing slip inside your return package. Without this slip, we cannot process your return.

Processing Fees

A $5 return processing fee applies to all returns. If you request a refund to your original payment method, a $10 payment processing fee will also apply. You can avoid this fee by choosing to receive your refund in the form of a MakarttPro Gift Card.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include all devices, such as the LuxuriaPro Lamp, FlawlessPro Lamp, and Nail Drill, as well as full gel polish sets, repairs, insurance plans, and gift returns.


Warranty for Devices

Devices are covered by a 90-day warranty if registered within 30 days of purchase. Repairs during the warranty period are free of charge, but customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us.


Return Processing Timeline

Once we receive your return, please allow 7–14 days for processing. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund or replacement has been issued.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. However, if your return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the shipping fees.


International Orders

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If an international order includes a defective product, we will send a replacement and cover the shipping costs.
