the product works great and everything wich is nice. but when I first ordered i accidentally bought the insurance. turns out I needed it because when it arrived half the product was missing because it spilled and you could see/smell that it did. they offered to replace it because I had the insurance and it just got here and the same problem happened but I don't feel like emailing about it again.
the reason this is likely happening is because the lid of the bottle comes with a hole (wich i assume is for easy pouring?) but there should be a way to close it and that wouldn't be too much of a problem but the little tamper seal came with the same hole so the product just leaks through i have no idea why this was made like this but oh well just be careful!

Love this stuff! Just bought 2 more bottles ! Not only does it work really well when it dries it has the most amazing smell. When it’s in liquid form still it smells kind of funny but just wait it gets better.
