Why It’s Special
Don't get fooled by gel polishes from other brands that don't do you justice. Most available formulas on the market are either extremely thick or not pigmented enough. When we formulated our gel polish formula, we ensured that our formula was extremely pigmented, but not too thick that it makes the nail look bulky and gives you chip-free color that lasts for up to 4 weeks.
How to Use
1. Prepare the Nails
Start with clean, dry nails. Gently push back the cuticles, shape the nails, and lightly buff the surface to remove shine. Cleanse the nail surface with alcohol to remove dust and oils.

2. Apply Base Coat
Apply a thin, even layer of MakarttPro Base Coat, making sure to avoid contact with the skin or cuticles.
Cure under MakarttPro’s LuxuriaPro UV LED lamp for at least 60 seconds.

3. Apply Gel Polish Color
Apply one ultra-thin, even coat of your chosen MakarttPro Gel Polish. Our formula is highly pigmented, so only one coat is needed for full coverage. Thin application is essential to ensure the gel cures properly without wrinkling or peeling.

Because of the richness of the pigment, we strongly recommend using a high-wattage lamp—such as the MakarttPro LuxuriaPro Lamp—to ensure a full and even cure when applying gel over the base coat.

If you are new to this system, please cure for at least 120 seconds before decreasing the cure time to 90 seconds once you are familiar with our gel system.

For some heavily pigmented gel colors, even after a full and proper cure, you may see a small amount of loose surface pigment if you wipe the nail with alcohol or rub it with a glove.

This is normal and happens because during curing, the topmost pigment particles—especially in dense colors like white, yellow, orange, and neons—are partly embedded at the surface. The gel resin underneath them is fully polymerized (hardened), but those very top pigment particles aren’t “locked in” as deeply, so they can be dislodged mechanically when you wipe.

This is not the same as an under-cured gel:
• If the gel layer is smooth, not rubbery, wrinkling, or bubbling, the underlying polymerization is complete.
• The small amount of pigment that wipes away is dry, inert powder—not uncured resin—so it does not carry the same risk for skin irritation that uncured gel does.

To avoid this effect, we recommend:
1. Sealing with a top coat to lock in the surface pigments.
2. If wiping, use a single downward motion rather than repeated scrubbing.

4. Apply Top Coat
Apply a thin, even layer of MakarttPro Top Coat, avoiding skin and cuticles. This will seal in the color and deliver a long-lasting, high-gloss finish.
Cure under the lamp for the full recommended time.

5. Finish
Once the top coat is fully cured, you may wipe with a lint-free alcohol wipe if needed (depending on your top coat formula). Finish by applying cuticle oil and massaging it into the skin for a polished, hydrated finish.
